Hello Ralf,

all data vectors are pedestal subtracted. Only those samples (time bins) which are in overflow are not subtracted to preserve the overflow information. So all pulses which are not in overflow are reconstructed correctly.

Something like

pedCorData[i] = (rawData[i]==_ADCMaxVal ? _ADCMaxVal : rawData[i] - pedestal)
