Hello Christoph,

according to the TPC Data Model which we developed during the MarlinTPC Kickoff Meeting (it never made it beyond the draft status, http://www.desy.de/~wiene/marlintpc/tpcdatamodel.pdf) the time in the TrackerPulse is in ns. The conversion to space (mm) follows when reconstruction of the TrackerHits is done, where also the GEAR geometry information comes into the game.
