Hi Robert,

from you output it looks very much like you have a version of MarlinReco which has been complied with a different versions of gcc for the fortran code and the c++ code. We have seen something similar before.

If you are using gcc 4.x you should make sure you set FC=gfortran when building ILCSoft.

If you are using gcc 3.x then you should use FC=g77.

This should be enforced in v1-10 so it would be good for you to start using that one, and make sure that the version v1-09 you have is removed.
